WYA®, short for Wherever You Are, is developing a network designed to help financial institutions serve people whose lives and financial needs extend across borders.

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, WYA LIMITED is the controller of personal information collected through this website, the Individuals waitlist and related enquiries.

We may collect information that you choose to provide when you contact us, submit an enquiry, request information, join the Individuals waitlist, apply for a role, or otherwise communicate with us.

For business enquiries, this may include your name, organisation, role, email address, LinkedIn profile, country, enquiry type, message content and any other information you choose to include.

For the Individuals waitlist, we collect your name, email address, confirmation that you are aged 18 or over, up to three countries that you identify in priority order, your consent choice and information about when your registration was submitted.

The website and its service providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, device and browser information, pages requested, referring pages and timestamps. WYA® does not currently use analytics cookies.

Please do not provide bank account credentials, payment card details, government identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal information through our website forms.
